Quality Assurance:
All customers are assigned a full-time account manager to personally assure the quality you are receiving. This person is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is responsible to ensuring that all of your specifications and requests are being fulfilled. Your account manager will physically inspect your facility on a weekly basis and will coordinate any corrections with our operations manager and evening supervisor. By having a dedicated account manager, you will be able to communicate with someone who is familiar with all the specific needs of your facility, thus saving you time and money.
From suites to skyscrapers, we know that each facility has its own unique services requirements. That’s why we will work within your specified guidelines and budget to design a program that works for you. We will even provide you with a free building audit and assist you in devising the specifications.
A “Controlling Calendar Summary” is used at each Platinum facility to ensure that all nightly, weekly, monthly, and periodic tasks are completed on time and to your most exacting standards. This calendar is printed in a bilingual format to ensure our employees completely understand the scope of their work. Your account manager uses this summary to assist you in planning for such periodic tasks as window cleaning and carpet shampooing. In addition to the scheduled tasks included in your monthly contract, you will receive a reminder of periodic tasks to keep your facility on schedule and to avoid any unwanted surprises.
Personal interviews with each applicant help us select only those prospective employees committed to Platinum’s rigorous standards of dependability and complete customer satisfaction. Each new Platinum employee receives extensive written, verbal, and video instructions on all facets of janitorial services. An additional two weeks of on-site training helps familiarize new employees with all Platinum systems, procedures, and methods. Furthermore, Platinum maintains the preservation of your assets by requiring each employee to undergo comprehensive background checks.
Our computer software, IMS, produces our quarterly planning calendars and Information Management Reports. It tracks supply consumption, nightly schedules, work orders, past corrections and upcoming tasks. IMS serves as a valuable planning tool and helps facilitate communication between the account manager and the facility manager. On a nightly basis, account managers use IMS to print out a detailed report on work orders and service corrections. Each morning, this document is returned to the account manager confirming the completion of tasks and addressing any issues that need to be discussed with the client. It’s a method that guarantees complete communication and continuous improvement. We have taken IMS one step further and put it online, empowering you with the ability to manage every aspect of your account, including work orders and service corrections requests. Our system is ideal for managing large campuses and multiple site locations.
